Need Help Signing In?

If you have purchased an NFPA membership or online subscription, a user account has been created for you. Your login is your NFPA ID number and your password is the CAPITAL first letter of your last name (passwords are case sensitive) and your NFPA ID number.  If there is no last name on a company account, use a Z in the password.

NOTE: If you have received an e-mail or letter notifying you of your username and password, please use the values specified there.

For example: 
If your name is Peter Brown and your NFPA ID Number is 000100111, sign in as "100111" and use the password "B100111''.   If there is no last name on a company account, use a Z in the password.

You will be asked to create your permanent sign in and create a password.   Please note these and use these each time you visit. Signing in with your NFPA member login will assure that you receive your 10% member discount on any products and services, as well as access to members only sections of our website.
