Renewal for Firewise Communities/USA occurs annually and can occur at any time prior to December 31. Upon receipt of your completed renewal form, the Firewise Communities/USA office will send you the current year's sign decal. You can complete the renewal process either of the following ways:
1) Use the online renewal form provided here. Your renewal will be automatically e-mailed to your Firewise Communities/USA representative and the national Firewise Communities/USA office.
2) Download the Microsoft Word file above and provide the completed form and the other requested information to your Firewise Communities/USA representative. He/she will forward it to the national Firewise Communities/USA office.
